Small & Simple White Bread

Yield: 7.5 x 3.5" loaf (12 slices)

Net Carbs per Slice: 2.4 grams

A simple loaf that lends itself well to nut butters, cream cheese or our low carb chia jam. One slice from this small loaf will satiate you for hours.

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 cups almond flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

3 eggs

1 tsp honey

1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 300˚F.

In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, salt and baking soda.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs until slightly frothy, about 2 minutes. Whisk in honey and apple cider vinegar.

Fold the almond flour mixture into the egg mixture, stirring until just combined.

Pour the thick batter into a small (7.5" x 3.5"), well-oiled loaf pan.

Bake on the center rack for 45-50 minutes or until the outer crust turns a golden brown.

Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing. Store bread – covered and refrigerated – up to 2 weeks.
